Structurally, the sight is made in the form of an optical module for attaching an arm to it under an appropriate seat on the weapon. Bracket options:
- for the side rail;
- for installation on the Picatinny rail;
- for installation on the dovetail-type upper seat;
- for installation on the smooth-bore weapon with a vertical arrangement of trunks .
The bracket for mounting on your weapon is purchased separately.
It is possible to install on other types of weapons with muzzle energy of not more than 5000 J using special transitional brackets.
The sight is made in a durable case made of aluminum alloy, dust and water resistant.
Compared with the predecessor PN-2, PN-2M has the best resolution, quality of field of view, high magnification, has protection from magnetic and electric fields, an additional Picatinny rail on the case for attaching an external IR illuminator.
