The night sight on the generation tube 2+ or 3 with a 1-fold increase is installed on weapons with upper and side mounts ("Vepr", "Tiger", "Tiger-1", "Tiger-9", "Tiger-9-1" , "Saiga", "Saiga 5.6", "Elk-7", "Bars-4", "Bars-4-1", "Record", weapons with the Piccatiny bar, as well as hunting weapons with supports for attaching a standard “SP” prism, for example, a “Browning” rifle). It has an IR illuminator that allows shooting in complete darkness up to a distance of 100 m, diopter aiming within the range of -4 to +5 diopters.

Each sight goes through a cycle rigorous acceptance tests conducted at our own control and testing complex. Separately, we note the mechanical tests:
- stability tests when exposed to mechanical shocks at low temperatures minus 40 o С;
- stability tests when exposed to mechanical shocks at high temperatures 40 o С;
Here, the shock load acts simultaneously in three mutually perpendicular directions with a total acceleration of 370 g (3626 m / s 2 ).
- strength tests under the influence of sinusoidal vibration at one frequency (25 Hz at 2 g for 30 minutes).
Instruments for mechanical testing x are on.
