The costume consists of a blouse with a hood, trousers and a carrying case. To hide a soldier on various types of terrain backgrounds, a deforming pattern is applied to the costume fabric from the front and back sides. On the front side, the fabric is dyed in colors for the desert - steppe (mountain) background, with the wrong side for a yellow floral background. Double-sided camouflage suits and overalls were used during the Second World War in the German and American armies, in the post-war period they were used as supplies and were widely used in the Soviet army (modernized camouflage coveralls, model 1957). In modern conditions, double-sided camouflage cloaks are used by the Israel Defense Forces, double-sided suits are on supply in the mountain rifle troops of France. The British Army uses a two-way winter insulated kit. A two-sided suit provides a better disguise compared to a regular suit - when moving units in areas with complex terrain, it is not advisable to use one coloring option. The presence of a double-sided suit allows the soldier to exclude additional camouflage means from the set of wearable property, which reduces the weight of the equipment set with the best camouflage properties. To accommodate the property included in the first echelon, the suit is equipped with ten pockets: four pockets on the blouse and six pockets on the trousers (two back, two side thighs, two at the top of the thigh). The pocket valves are duplicated on both sides and fastened with a button with a braid. Through the slot in the fabric, the button can be transferred to the wrong side. The hood of the blouse is adjusted in volume by two cords threaded into the wings on the back of the hood and in the front neckline. At the waist, the blouse is fitted with a cord threaded into the wings. On the wrist, the blouse is pulled together with an elastic band. To mask the hands, the bottom of the sleeves is attached to the middle finger with a loop. The blouse section is fastened with buttons with braid legs. The trouser belt is adjustable in volume by elastic ties and a cord threaded into the wings. Also, the belt is equipped with loops for the waist belt and loops for removable aids with hooks. The bottom of the trousers is pulled together with elastic bands. To attach elements of local vegetation to the costume, the blouse and trousers are sheathed with horizontal loops. The free design of the jacket and trousers allows you to use the suit as outerwear, wear a field summer suit, equipment and warm clothing. The mixed (67% polyester 33% cotton) fabric used for sewing is a plain weave fabric with a density of 160 g / m² and dyed with lightfast dyes that are not decrypted in the infrared range. Suit weight 900 - 1200 gr. depending on the density of the fabric used.
