Projector measuring PI-600TSV1 - NPZ

Measuring projector PI-600TSV1 with a screen diameter of 600 mm., with digital readout on the indicator board, with the optical axis of the lens in the vertical plane, designed to measure and control linear, angular dimensions in transmitted and reflected light. The projector is manufactured according to the technical specifications TU3-3.2259-91.

The projector is designed to work in measuring laboratories and workshops of precision instrument-making, machine-building, microelectronics enterprises, in instrument production, as well as in laboratories of research institutes.

By an additional order, the projector can be equipped with software for automated processing of measurement results.

The projector provides:

• verification of the correctness of the part profile by its shadow contour in the passing light;
• checking parts with markings on the surface in the form of points in reflected light;
• measuring by comparing the parts with the reference drawing;
• measuring the pitch, angles;
• drawing the outline of the part.

  The projector is designed to operate under the following conditions:
