The sight provides target recognition at a distance of up to 300 m with an image intensifier of generation 2+, and up to 400 m with an image intensifier of generation 3. The sight can be made with an image intensifier of green or black and white light, and can also have design with one of three types of reticle - peak, peak with a rangefinder scale, mil-dot.
