If in the past, soldiers had their ears frozen in a winter hat, then the new charter winter hat with earflaps from the VKPO (VKBO) kit removes many of the former problems. Its ergonomic design allows you to attach the ears of the cap in several positions. Due to textile fasteners, the visor of the cap can be lowered or raised. On the bottom of the visor is embroidered "cockade". Opposite the ears there are special valves for more convenient use of the radio headset without removing the cap.
The warmed cap VKPO (VKBO) is designed for use by the RF Armed Forces personnel as a headgear in the cold season. The hat is made of 100% polyamide with silicone encapsulation. Supplied to the Russian Army by BTK Group.
