To install the A-4 swivel bracket on a weapon, you must:

1. Install the cam clamp on the swivel bracket "A-4".

2. Install the A-4 on the Basis rail so that the cam clamp fits into one of the grooves on the Basis rail.

3. Turn the cam mechanism clockwise until it stops.

4. To remove the A-4, turn the cam nut counterclockwise 90 degrees.
